leading to a surge in demand for gymnasiums and fitness centres. Web-Based&#13;
Information System for Managing Gymnasium Membership have been developed&#13;
to meet the needs of both gym owner and members. This project report outlines the&#13;
design, development, and implementation of this innovative web-based information&#13;
system, which aims to revolutionize the gym management experience.&#13;
The Web-Based Information System for Managing Gymnasium&#13;
Membership is a comprehensive software system that leverages modern web&#13;
technologies to streamline gym operations, enhance member engagement, and&#13;
provide data-driven insights for informed decision-making. This dashboard is a&#13;
user-friendly and scalable solution that caters to the diverse needs of gym&#13;
administrators, and members.&#13;
The key features of the Web-Based Information System for Managing&#13;
Gymnasium Membership include:&#13;
1. Membership Management: The system allows for easy member&#13;
registration, renewal, and payment processing. Members can access their&#13;
accounts, update personal information, and view membership plans and&#13;
history.&#13;
2. Attendance Tracking: Gym administrators can efficiently monitor member&#13;
attendance, track usage patterns, and identify trends to optimize class&#13;
scheduling and equipment allocation.&#13;
&#13;
3. Session and Instructor Management: Gym staff can schedule categories,&#13;
assign trainers, and manage class rosters. Members can browse class&#13;
schedules, sign up for classes, and receive notifications.&#13;
4. Payment and Billing: The system supports online payment processing,&#13;
billing cycles, and generates invoices, ensuring smooth financial operations&#13;
for the gym.&#13;

Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) merupakan sistem perencanaan dari&#13;
pengendalian internal dalam bisnis yang terdiri atas pemanfaatan dokumen, manusia,&#13;
teknologi, serta prosedur dalam akuntansi manajemen. Penerapan SIM ini dapat digunakan&#13;
untuk merencanakan, mengendalikan, mengevaluasi, melakukan perbaikan yang&#13;
berkelanjutan dan membantu dalam mengambil keputusan penting. Keseluruhan sistem ini&#13;
digunakan dalam rangka menganalisis sistem informasi yang lain pada penerapan aktivitas&#13;
operasional perusahaan.&#13;
Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk membuat blueprint penerapan Executive&#13;
Information System (EIS) pada perusahaan manufaktur. Umumnya perusahaan manufaktur&#13;
memiliki kesadaran yang rendah terkait penggunaan EIS pada gedung kantor yang dimiliki.&#13;
Hal ini dikarenakan penerapan EIS membutuhkan konsep yang matang berdasarkan&#13;
kebutuhan yang diperlukan pada aktivitas operasional perusahaan. Dengan penerapan EIS&#13;
ini, diharapkan dapat menjadi inovasi digitalisasi yang mampu mempermudah pekerjaan&#13;
dan pengambilan keputusan secara lebih efektif, efisien dan menjadi sebuah uniqueness&#13;
Perusahaan.

Creating a website to monitor of document inspection facilities and equipment in the&#13;
company is one way to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the management and&#13;
maintenance of facilities and equipment. The website can allow administrators to access&#13;
information about the performance of facilities and equipment in real-time and also&#13;
monitor their condition and status. The creation of a website for monitoring of&#13;
document inspection facilities and equipment . It makes it easier for the engineering&#13;
team to see data on facilities and equipment at PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari and&#13;
makes it easier to technician admins, supervisor admins, head or manager admins, and&#13;
audit admins, to see monitoring that has previously been checked with the engineering&#13;
team through the monitoring form, then the tehchnician admin uploads it on the&#13;
monitoring of document inspection facilities and equipment website and then it will be&#13;
checked by the supervisor admin until audit admin to make sure the facilities and&#13;
equipment have been conditioned and checked by the engineering team. So that the&#13;
audit admin who comes to entrust the product at PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari&#13;
knows that the machine facilities and equipment are always checked according to the&#13;
schedule. In addition, it is necessary to consider data security and user privacy in&#13;
making websites, such as maintaining database security. In conclusion, creating a&#13;
website to monitor of document inspection facilities and equipment in the company can&#13;
improve efficiency and effectiveness in the management and maintenance of facilities&#13;
and equipment.

Agronomy laboratories at cocoa research centers provide essential services for scientific,&#13;
quantitative, and qualitative analysis and experimentation of cocoa samples. Analysts provide&#13;
valuable data for researchers and stakeholders, which can inform decision-making to support&#13;
agricultural practices and science. The laboratory’s operational workflow is specific and detailed,&#13;
therefore manual data and management processes are not appropriate, as they can hinder work&#13;
effectiveness and consume time. Furthermore, there are risks of high human error, difficulty in&#13;
tracking samples, and workflow delays due to manual and non-systemized end-to-end processes.&#13;
This project aims to design an inclusive information system implemented in a web-based&#13;
and integrated management system platform. The designed system will cover informatics needs&#13;
and process management, including sample management from end-to-end, quality control,&#13;
reporting, functional details, relational data, and interface design of the required inclusive concepts.&#13;
The method used in the development of this project is the SDLC framework or System&#13;
Development Life Cycle, which is an approach for managing any based of information systems. It&#13;
encompasses several stages: systems planning, systems analysis, system design, system&#13;
implementation, and system maintenance.
