This research was conducted to examine the influence of variable Firm Size, Business Risk, and Profitability of the Capital Structure.&#13;
The type of data that used in this research is using secondary data of pharmaceutical companies from quarterly financial statements derived from the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) with the period 2009-2012. Sampling technique in this research is using purposive sampling. Purposive sampling technique was used with criteria; (1) Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange as a public company until the end of 2012, (2) Companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange is a pharmaceutical company, (3) Active stocks traded during the period of observation, from 2009 to 2012, (4) Publish financial statements periodically during the observation period from 2009 through 2012 completely. From the observation period 2009-2012 obtained a total sample of 6 pharmaceutical companies that listed on the IDX and with the amount of data as 96 data. This research analyzed using multiple regressions.&#13;
Based on the results of the research indicate that the firm size and profitability variables has a significant positive effect. Meanwhile business risk variable does not affect the capital structure. The effect of variable firm size, business risk and profitability on the capital structure has 70%, while the remaining 30% is influenced by other factors outside the study variables.

This research aims to determine the effect of Price, Quality, and Product attributes toward Brand switching Decision. The research was conducted on Acer notebook Computer’s consumers who have switched to other brands and the sample size of 100 respondents specified using the purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis. Where, Brand switching decision (Y), Price (X1), Quality (X2), and Product attributes (X3). To test the hypothesis using t-test showed that Price, Quality, and Product attributes has a positive and significant influence on Brand Switching. From the F-test can be known if all independent variables are feasible to test the dependent variable (brand switching). Adjusted R square of 0.898 showed that 89.8% brand switching can be explained by the four independent variables in the regression equation. While the rest of 10.2% is explain by other variables outside of the three variables that used in this study.

This research aims to test and analyse the influence of service brand equity on brand relationship: survey that make for Telkomsel Flash’s customers in President University Cikarang. This research used primary data through questionnaire of 400 respondents. The respondents were people, who have been trying in Telkomsel Flash in President University Cikarang. Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 20.0 was used to analyse the data. The result on this research has shown that service brand equity (Brand Awareness, Social Influence, and Sustainability) have influence towards Brand relationship. Adjusted R square of 0.521 showed that 52.1% Brand relationship of Telkomsel Flash can be explained by Brand Awareness, Social Influence, and Sustainability. While the remaining 47.9% are influenced or explained by other variables not included in this research model.
