Janto, Halim Putra Prabowo Eddy
This project is about implementing an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system into a small to
medium business at PT Darpa Ashiya as a shuttle service provider. Currently this company still doesn’t
have an integrated system and workflow which causes the need for manual labor and redundant process.
Furthermore, seeing the increased demand in the company and limited human resource, maintaining an
efficient work will become increasingly difficult due to an organizational structure that has not yet been
optimized for efficiency.
Incorporating ERP system for the business means that making sure that everything is being recoded,
analyzed, maintained through digital infrastructure in order to make a better centralized system where data
creation and retrieval are conducted in the same manner. The development was conducted by using Django
web development kit, by introducing six different modules (i.e. client, marketing, human resource, finance,
driver, and general manager) with customized features on each module to meet the business needs. Each
module represents the stakeholder in the business, including the department, with mainly using a web-based
infrastructure.
Testing was conducted with analyzing the performance with and without using ERP system in
streamlining the workflow. Surprisingly, although maximum digitalization couldn’t be made due to
company’s constraints, it could help the business’s efficiency in a remarkable performance result.
Redundant process such as managing new client request could finish within a few minutes whereas before
implementation it could take hours. Managing available transportation and assigning driver could also be
done in an instance. This includes creating an adjustment in the current business process, designing a
connected database for data retrieval and so on. While the ERP system has successfully deployed, but the
current system is still far from success due to system integration and the human resource to utilize it need
to work hand in hand. Additionally, the features within each module still have room for further optimization
and expansion.

The purpose of this research is to maximize warehouse inventory balance
management inside a company by proposing and implementing a web-based solution. A
key factor in guaranteeing the availability of goods required for business operations is
warehouse inventory. But issues with inventory management are common; these include
the risk of losing goods, the mismatch between supply and demand, and the challenge of
effectively monitoring and controlling inventory balances.
In order to solve these problems, a web-based approach is used in this study. The
suggested solution makes advantage of online technology to provide logistics teams,
warehouse managers, and other pertinent employees with simple and adaptable access.
Real-time inventory balance monitoring, automatic notifications upon hitting minimum
or maximum stock limitations, and demand trend analysis to support inventory planning
are some of the system's key features.
A software development life cycle methodology served as the foundation for
system development, including phases including requirements analysis, UI design,
system implementation, testing, and assessment. The solution made advantage of
contemporary web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript programming
languages for a user interface that is responsive.

Human resources (HR) are productive individuals who work as drivers of an
organization, both within institutions and companies who function as assets and must be
trained and developed. In line with the previous Human Resources are productive
individuals who work as drivers of an organization, both in institutes and companies who
have a function as assets so they must be trained and developed their abilities
The development of technology, especially information technology, allows people to
gather non-physically through virtual meeting forums. The use of technological
developments creates social conditions in society so that they are able to adapt and
compete with developed countries in the world.
The main goal is to make employees work more optimally, efficiently and there is
capacity building training for employees by replacing the old working system with the
new one that is already digitized and adapted to remote working, enabling employees to
work seamlessly.

Makmuria, Ignaz Fico
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems usually face common challenges in
delivering real-time inventory data and handling rigid Bill of Materials (BOM), especially
when applied to dynamic and fast-moving production environments. These limitations can
result in critical issues during production planning, such as inaccurate material calculations,
undetected inventory shortages, and ultimately, stop production process.
This thesis purpose is to present the design and implementation of an Integrated
Inventory with Procurement and Production Management System, developed to address
these common problems within the manufacturing process. The system integrates key
modules that manage inventory, procurement, and production altogether. The Production
Control Module is at the core of this solution, offering two crucial features: Dynamic BOM
Calculation and Real-Time Resource Validation.
The Dynamic BOM Calculation ensures that production orders are always aligned
with the actual material requirements by scaling the BOM automatically based on the order
quantity. This negates the risks of human error and ensures material accuracy. Supporting
this, Real-Time Resource Validation feature is implemented which retrieves up-to-date
inventory data to verify whether the required raw materials are available before a
production order is released, effectively reducing the risk of shortages during execution.
In addition to production control, the system also includes an integrated
Procurement Module that informs users on low-stock alerts by giving an alert directly
linked to material thresholds. Approval process and purchase order creation are also

managed in the system, creating a smooth connection between material planning and
procurement operations. By combining production planning, inventory management, and
procurement into a single application, this system enhances decision-making and improves
material traceability. The resulting platform demonstrates how customizable ERP-like
systems can be tailored to meet the specific needs of manufacturing operations, particularly
in environments where adaptability and responsiveness are critical.
