The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of city branding to investment&#13;
decision using Hexagon model. By using Hexagon model, variable used were: Presence,&#13;
Potential, Place, People, Pulse, Pre-requisites. The problem is Bekasi as a bigger population&#13;
need a stronger support by megapolitan city. This research uses quantitative research,&#13;
descriptive method and using multiple regression analysis. A total of 196 respondents were&#13;
collected, using purposive, snowball and non-probability sampling. The population people&#13;
that live in Bekasi. This City branding used to develop an identity for Bekasi and promote the&#13;
city of Bekasi who come from someones mind when seeing and hearing name or word of&#13;
Bekasi. That to be expected from this city branding of Bekasi design is creating an identity&#13;
that are very closely with the city of Bekasi that provide proud feeling towards the people&#13;
who lived in Bekasi. Result of the analysis found that the adjusted R square is 43.7% can be&#13;
explained by all the variable, whereas the remaining 56.3% of investment decision is&#13;
influenced by other variables which was not examined in this research, and result from the six&#13;
independent variable, only place factors, people factors, potential factors and pre-requities&#13;
factors have a significant influence towards investment decision in Bekasi using Hexagon&#13;
model.

Bitcoin is one of the cryptographic-based virtual currencies used as a means of&#13;
payment by certain communities. Bitcoin experienced a very rapid development&#13;
until its peak in 2017 rose drastically at the end of the year to reach $ 20,000 per&#13;
coin, but the value of Bitcoin was very volatile so that at the beginning of 2018&#13;
Bitcoin experienced a very bad performance down to the price of $ 13,440 per&#13;
coin. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of trust, security, and ease&#13;
of use decision on buying Bitcoin. The methodology used in this research is a&#13;
quantitative methodology. The population in the study is Indonesian people who&#13;
have ever bought Bitcoin. The sample used was 153 respondents who answered&#13;
the questionnaire. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear&#13;
regression and the results of the study show that the variables of trust, security,&#13;
and convenience significantly influence Bitcoin both individually and together&#13;
(simultaneously). Adjusted R square in this study was 0.605.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauh mana pengaruh kepuasan kerja&#13;
(X1), stres kerja (X2), lingkungan kerja (X3) terhadap turnover intention (Y)&#13;
terhadap karyawan PT. XYZ. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear&#13;
berganda untuk mengetahui signifikansi setiap variabel bebas terhadap variabel&#13;
terikat. Analisis ini meliputi Analisis Statistik Deskriptif, Uji Validitas, Uji&#13;
Reliabilitas, Analisis Regresi Berganda, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Hipotesis&#13;
melalui Uji F dan Uji t, serta analisis Koefisien Determinasi (R²). Sampel&#13;
penelitian ini sebanyak 60 responden yang menjadi karyawan PT. XYZ. Hasil&#13;
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari tiga variabel yang diujikan, hanya satu&#13;
variabel yang mempunyai pengaruh terhadap turnover intention PT. XYZ yaitu&#13;
kepuasan kerja. Dalam melakukan penelitian selanjutnya agar dapat lebih&#13;
sempurna lagi, maka penulis menyarankan supaya membandingkan antara para&#13;
karyawan di perusahaan yang sejenis lainnya, sehingga akan diperoleh hasil&#13;
yang dapat dibandingkan dengan hasil penelitian ini.

This study was conducted to determine the factors that influence purchasing decisions,&#13;
namely, product, price, location, promotion in deciding on purchasing snacks in Cikarang.&#13;
The data collection research method used is a quantitative method using a questionnaire,&#13;
with a sample size of 100 people using the purposive method, and the sampling method used&#13;
by chance as a sample. Based on the results of this study using classic assumptions analysis,&#13;
hypothesis, and multiple linear regression as follows: Y = 0.117 X1 + 0.101 X2 + 0.011 X3 +&#13;
0.649 X4,. Based on the analysis of statistical data, the indicators in this study are valid and&#13;
reliable. The most influential variables are promotional variables with a regression&#13;
coefficient of 0.649, while the smallest variable that does not affect is the location variable&#13;
with a regression coefficient of 0.011.
