The crop insurance in Indonesia (AUTP) is much focused on the area impacted by flood,&#13;
drought, and pest attack. The complication of the procedure to claim the loss must follow&#13;
several conditions. The different approaches in the insurance sector, using weather index can&#13;
be taken into consideration to produce a variety of insurance products. This insurance&#13;
product used the American put option with the primary asset is the rainfall and the&#13;
cumulative rainfall to exercise the claim, considering the optimal execution limit. The&#13;
homotopic analysis is used to determine the valuation of the American put option, which also&#13;
becomes the insurance premium. The case study is focused on areas experiencing a drought&#13;
so that insurance claims can be exercise when the rainfall index value is below a&#13;
predetermined limit. Considering the normality of the rainfall data, the calculation of&#13;
insurance premium was done for the first growing season. The insurance premium is varies&#13;
based on the optimal execution limit, while the calculation of profit is based on the optimum&#13;
limit exercise and the minimum rainfall for the growing season, and its different depended on&#13;
insurance claim acceptance limits.

Bagi sebagian masyarakat baik pria maupun wanita, kopi merupakan minuman wajib setiap hari.&#13;
Utamanya adalah di pagi hari jelang beraktifitas, maupun pada jam-jam sibuk kerja. Kopi adalah&#13;
ibarat teman yang selalu setia menemani dalam kondisi apapun. Tren kopi yang semakin meningkat&#13;
membuat bisnis kopi kian merebak. Berbagai cara orang melakukan bisnis kopi. Mulai dari bisnis&#13;
yang sederhana seperti pedagang kaki lima hingga restoran berbintang. Persaingan yang tinggi&#13;
membuat para pebisnis kopi harus pandai berinovasi. Berbekal dari kemampuan meracik kopi,&#13;
kemudian sejumlah mahasiswa dan dosen Jurusan Manajemen President University membuat&#13;
sebuah gagasan untuk meracik kopi dengan kayu manis. Racikan kopi kayu manis ini dikemas&#13;
secara sederhana dalam sebuah botol plastik kecil berukuran 250 ml, yang kemudian dijual dengan&#13;
harga yang sangat terjangkau baik online maupun offline. Kemampuan meracik dan berbisnis kopi&#13;
kayu manis ini kemudian ditularkan kepada masyarakat lain yaitu Mahasiswa Akademi Komunitas&#13;
Presiden. Prinsipnya adalah berbagi, berbagi pengetahuan, berbagi pengalaman, dan berbagi ceria.

This paper proposed a way to secure and&#13;
protect pc or laptop remotely via mobile device. These&#13;
two device communicate by exchanging information&#13;
or data using database connection. There will be two&#13;
applications that are developed, windows-based&#13;
application and mobile application. The proposed&#13;
scheme used some firewall configuration and log&#13;
management to complete the process. The firewall&#13;
configuration will block computer attacks such as&#13;
Denial of Service. Log management is to generate a&#13;
specific log file if there is a possible threat. It will then&#13;
invoke. the windows application to update the&#13;
database which is regularly accessed by mobile&#13;
application. It then alerts user on possible attack or&#13;
threat.

Machinery safety is the most important aspect&#13;
needed around manufacturing or other engineering equipment.&#13;
Machine guarding provides a means to protect humans from&#13;
injury while working nearby or while operating equipment.&#13;
Machinery that has rotary part such as turbines, pumps, fans,&#13;
rollers, are needed to be monitored to report the vibration&#13;
whether they are safety or not. Thus the preventive action is&#13;
needed to ensure the safety of machinery before being used. This&#13;
paper is about the monitoring system for machinery health&#13;
which is developed with Arduino. It detects the vibration from&#13;
the machine and information to mobile application. The&#13;
information may include the vibration pattern, acceleration (g)&#13;
value, recorded event, and also gives alert via mobile application&#13;
in the form of vibration and ringtone.
