China playing an important role in the issue of North Korean nuclear crisis where China as stakeholder in East Asian region recognized as a “blood-ally” for North Korea. On the other hand, China’s greater role in the international community due to its boost economic development require China’s increasing responsibility to promote security in global affairs, particularly to its position as permanent member of Security Council that has responsibility for world’s security and sanctions the North Korea due to its nuclear weapon program. Officially China’s does not support the North Korea’s nuclear weapon program as what has been shown by its action to favour the UN sanctions towards North Korea on nuclear weapon program issue. However China is tied to North Korea as a “blood-allies” through the Treaty of Friendship (1961) that comprises important issues of its alliance including economy and security between both countries. In addition despite of its unfavoured towards North Korean nuclear weapon program, China arguably protecting the North Korean’s regime from any harsh sanctions that could resulted sudden collapse to regime by using its leverage over North Korea and international community. The development of the entertainment industry is one of Mohamed bin Salman'sambitions to build a vibrant society in Saudi Arabia as outlined in Saudi Vision 2030. Therefore, this article uses the theory of privatization to elaborate on the development of the entertainment industry in Saudi Arabia, especially under Saudi Vision 2030. This program, which targets developing countries, such as in West Africa, facilitates cultural and academic exchanges, builds a positive image of Indonesia, and creates professional networks. The Indonesian Embassy in Dakar plays a strategic role in promoting this scholarship to strengthen bilateral relations. By supporting educational initiatives, Indonesia increases its influence on the international stage through soft power diplomacy that includes research collaboration, training, and global development. This study uses qualitative methods to understand educational diplomacy through the KNB scholarship at the Indonesian Embassy in Dakar. Primary data were obtained from interviews, while secondary data came from official documents and literature. Data collection techniques include documentation and library studies. The analysis used includes classification, reduction, and interpretation of data to explore deeper meanings from the information collected, supporting arguments based on theoretical concepts. The results of this study are that the Indonesian Embassy in Dakar plays an important role in educational diplomacy through the KNB scholarship program, including promotion, selection, and support for recipients. This program strengthens Indonesia’s relations with accredited countries in Africa, building influence through alumni as informal ambassadors. Despite challenges such as language barriers and limited resources, the Indonesian Embassy in Dakar continues to increase institutional and alumni involvement, and align programs with the development goals of recipient countries. KNB Scholarships strengthen Indonesia's positive image in the world, promote south-south cooperation, and encourage international collaboration. 2025-01-01T00:00:00Z http://repository.president.ac.id/xmlui/handle/123456789/13579 DEVELOPING THE AWARENESS OF SEX EDUCATION IN PREVENTING SEXUAL HARASSMENT AGAINST MALE STUDENTS IN SMPN 1 PURWAKARTA Sari, Diah Ayu Perwita Sexual education is a skill and knowledge that needs to be given as early as possible to children regarding sexual behavior to deal with things that will happen in the future as they get older and form character and behavior patterns in order to be able to avoid behaviors that are at risk of sexual harassment and deviant sexual behavior. The purpose of this Social Project is to carry out Quality Education activities by providing a deeper understanding of Sexual Education with our main topic, namely how to avoid Sexual Harassment which is currently rampant around us. This social project activity was carried out at SMPN 1 Purwakarta, by providing Quality Education through Semi Talkshow activities, showing educational videos, Role Play, and making posters with the theme "Stop Sexual Harassment". In line with this Social Project, there is a goal of developing Sustainable SDGs number 4 which focuses on Quality Education, which highlights the need for a curriculum that explains more deeply about Sexual Education so that children can avoid Sexual Harassment. Therefore, there is a theoretical framework for this social project including SDGs and Sigmund Freud's Psychoanalytic Theory of Sexuality, where the theory teaches us that human sexuality has a sequence and it starts from infancy. And in this theory we are also taught that it should not be taboo in providing Sexual Education to children from an early age so that they also know how to avoid Sexual Harassment. The methodology used includes several stages of planning, namely pre-project, along with post-project evaluation through survey feedback. From the activities described above, it can make children understand in depth about Sexual Education, besides that they can also be more protected from Sexual Harassment and can become someone who dares to speak up or report when someone becomes a victim of sexual harassment. To add a sense of satisfaction to this project, there is a report involving teachers and a committee on the positive impact of development on children. Projects that implement learning that is directly supervised by Psychology experts through their activities can encourage significant developmental improvements in junior high school students who are currently in need of in- depth education about Sexual Education and as preparation for them to enter a more mature phase.
