The main concept is to create a modern loan system using web based application. This application is useful for the university staffs who want to borrow the facilities within in order to manage various circumstances during the working hours. The application is mainly used by staffs in a web based form. President University is one of the international university in Indonesia that delivers all of the subjects or lessons in English with high quality lectures from all over the world. President University was established in 2004 and has growing to become one of the best universities in Indonesia. As one of the developing private university, the need of lecturing effectiveness is very crucial. The time will be very important to be used and managed both for the staffs and lectures in order to deliver the message of the lesson itself. The purpose of this research was to create an easy, modern and compact way of borrowing in a university, especially in President University. This application is hoped to be able to reduce the time consumed when just using the conventional way to borrow the facilities in the university in order to support the needs of the student in studying. Mondelez Indonesia Manufacturing menyempurnakan upaya pencegahan kecelakaan kerja dengan menerapkan program Observasi Keselamatan Kerja dan Pelaporan Nearmiss, yaitu dengan behaviour observation system (BOS) melalui pendekatan perubahan perilaku. Penerapan pengamatan perilaku kerja ini berlaku untuk seluruh stakeholder yang beroperasi pada perusahaan yang bekerja di area produksi. Dalam melaksanakan program tersebut secara manual, PT. Mondelez Indonesia Manufacturing mengalami banyak masalah yang berhubungan dengan keakuratan dan kecepatan informasi yang dihasilkan. Perancangan Sistem Informasi pada Departemen HSE berbasis website ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi yang digunakan untuk membantu mempermudah pelaporan, mendapatkan informasi dan pengambilan keputusan oleh manajemen terkait keselamatan kerja.
