Fruit plays an important part in maintaining people fit and healthy. This is because&#13;
fruit contained with healthy nutrients needed to help the body function well which&#13;
makes it essential to consume in daily life. Indonesia itself is an agricultural country&#13;
a rich with various kinds of fruit that useful in supporting sources of income, and&#13;
absorbing labor. However, the excessive quantity of imported fruits entering&#13;
Indonesia has led to the competition between local and imported fruit. This research&#13;
aims to specify the dominant factors of imported fruit purchase intention by&#13;
adopting Ethnocentrism, Patriotism, and Theory of Planned Behavior model which&#13;
encompasses attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control. The&#13;
research was using convenience sampling method and conducted by distributing&#13;
the printed questionnaires to fruit consumers on working age in West Java,&#13;
Indonesia and utilized 85 data. The research was deployed factor analysis method&#13;
which resulted in two dominant factors namely ‘Information Sensitivity’ and ‘Local&#13;
Concern.

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of source of finance,&#13;
entrepreneurial education, and social support towards business performance of&#13;
women SMEs in Jakarta area. A total of 146 valid online questionnaires were&#13;
obtained to empirically test the structural model of the research. Financial,&#13;
Entrepreneurship Education, and Social Support are the independent variables&#13;
while Business Performance is the dependent variable. The questionnaire used&#13;
Likert scale (1 – 5; Strongly Disagree – Strongly Agree) with the convenient&#13;
sampling method in Jakarta area only. Data analysis is done through validity and&#13;
reliability test, followed by classic assumption test as well as multiple regression,&#13;
both to confirm the hypotheses. The result confirms that source of finance,&#13;
entrepreneurial education, and social support influence significantly on the&#13;
performance of women SMEs. The study focuses on women entrepreneurs&#13;
around Jakarta area only, and should owned SMEs for at least a year.

The implementation of HR roles is very critical and beneficial for the companies&#13;
to address the challenges of industry 4.0. This research aims to evaluate the&#13;
perception of employees related how they perceive their organization is&#13;
implementing the HR roles which are strategic partner, administrative expert,&#13;
employee champion, change agent by Ulrich and identify the dominant factors of&#13;
HR roles that contribute in HRM effectiveness. Data from a survey collected from&#13;
160 respondents which are employees within five industries (food and beverages,&#13;
chemicals, electronics, automotive, apparel and products) not included HR&#13;
department. Data was Analyzed using factor analysis. Findings shows that there&#13;
are two factors which contribute in the HRM effectiveness. The first factor is the&#13;
combination between strategic partner and change agent, the second factor is&#13;
employee champion. Employees perceive HR roles as administrative the most&#13;
likely to be performed and change agent is the least performed role. Furthermore,&#13;
the implementation of HR roles as employee champion, change agent, strategic&#13;
partner is really important and needs to be improved. In addition, with this&#13;
research, the researcher has contribute to added study in Indonesia and updated&#13;
research in Indonesia related with HR roles.

Due to the development of internet nowadays, people utilize it with games and it&#13;
results in the development of gaming industries that leads to strong existence of&#13;
virtual economy. However, the development of the gaming industry in Indonesia&#13;
was indeed a little late compared to other countries. This study generates a new&#13;
perspective that describes purchase intention on virtual goods in Massively&#13;
Multiplayer Online Social Games (MMOSG), called Audition, in Indonesia. This&#13;
research is done through a survey by using questionnaire which acquired200&#13;
Audition players as respondents. The data processing used is structural equation&#13;
modeling.Results of the study show factors that significantly influence purchase&#13;
intention on virtual goods are social value and aesthetic in which purchase&#13;
intention affects actual purchase behavior, while price utility and satisfaction do&#13;
not influence purchase intention.
