Customer loyalty is the manifestation and continuation of customer satisfaction in using the facilities and services provided by the company, and to remain a customer of the company. Loyalty is the evidence that a consumer has always been a customer, who has the strength and positive attitude of the company. At the time when tight competition is increasing, manufacturers try to meet the needs and desires by offering different types of products seen at the level of product quality and customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of product quality and customer satisfaction to customer loyalty.&#13;
&#13;
The data used are primary data from respondents grouped by using questionnaires. The population of this study is the whole consumers who buy Tela Krezz. The method to  take samples is the simple random sampling, from 100 respondents. Analysis tools used in this study is using multiple regression&#13;
.&#13;
The results of this study indicate that the level of product quality and customer satisfaction jointly influence customer loyalty. Partially product quality and customer satisfaction to customer loyalty is also influential in which variables most influence on customer loyalty is customer satisfaction.

The research is conducted to examine the effect of capital structure on the fianncial performance of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The data of this research is obtained from twenty (20) corporations of SMEs enlisted in Indonesia Stock Exchange since 2002 – 2007. &#13;
Quantitative research is applied so it can be analyzed through mathematical expression, and then it can be used to identify the study in the research. Secondary data is used in this study which is based on Indonesian Capital Market Directory and Indonesian Stock Exchange. Multiple regression is also used as the statistical method to analyze the effect between dependent variables with independent variables, and also effect from contol variables. &#13;
Furthermore, the result of this research is to examine that Short-term Debt, Long-term Debt, have the positive effect towards the Performance. Meanwhile Total Debt and Trade Credit have the negative effect towards the Performance. In the end, the writer intends to make some suggestion; (a) for company to consider the policy to gain its performance seen from Gross Profit Margin, Return on Assets, and Tobin’s Q (dependent variables) and (b) for investors to consider factors such as Short-term Debt, Long-term Debt, Total Debt (independent variables).

This study was about the dominant factors that influence Chinese companies to invest in mining industry in Indonesia. Nowadays, there were many Chinese companies do mining business industry in Indonesia, because of the huge deposit reserves of all kinds of ores and the increasing price of ores. The writer would like to find out what factors that influence Chinese companies attract the foreign direct investment and what is the dominant factor. It shows why FDI occurs in mining industry in Indonesia. The writer made this study in Cikarang, Indonesia. In order to finish this study, the President University thesis advisors gave help to the writer, and many managers of Chinese mining companies also helped the writer to get useful information.&#13;

This research used quantitative research methodology, the writer took thirty-seven (37) managers of Chinese mining companies invest in Indonesia as respondents to collect information. For this study, the writer would like to make use of questionnaire to collect the data from these managers. And then, the writer takes advantage of weighted mean to analysis the data.&#13;

Based on the previous research and this research, the writer knew that ownership advantage become as the dominant factor, especially for two elements, advanced technology and competitive price, that influence the Chinese companies make the decision to do the foreign direct investment in Indonesia’s mining industries. Blackberry internet service is currently interested in people who use blackberry. Number of service providers that offer a wide variety of services with different attractive price. The dominant factors of service quality must be measured to find the main factors which influence the blackberry internet service users. Services can be a competitive advantage for service providers.&#13;
&#13;
In order to find the influence of the dominant factors to choose the blackberry internet service, quantitative analysis is preferred to choose because it can reflect the dominant factors based on numerical measurements. Data were analyzed with SPSS version 16.0 for the measurement of factors with factor analysis as a basis for the research methodology. Data were collected through questionnaires spread to students from the University President who lived in dormitories that are currently using blackberry internet service.&#13;
&#13;
The research dimension is called TERRA (Tangible, Empathy, Reliable, Responsiveness, and Assurance), after data showed that the factors which are processed reliably is not dominant and is not considered the influence of the internet service operators. &#13;
&#13;
The last the result of study the most dominant factor blackberry XL internet service is a Tangible and the lowest of dominant factor is assurance about service XL.
