<title>WORKLOAD ANALYSIS OF EMPLOYEE USING FULL TIME EQUIVALENT (FTE) METHOD TO DETERMINE THE OPTIMAL NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES IN PT UTPE</title>
<link>http://repository.president.ac.id/xmlui/handle/123456789/3668</link>
<description>WORKLOAD ANALYSIS OF EMPLOYEE USING FULL TIME EQUIVALENT (FTE) METHOD TO DETERMINE THE OPTIMAL NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES IN PT UTPE
Hakim, Fani
UTPE does not have a job loading measurement for each position given to one worker and the number of workers needed to load certain jobs. The workload does not distribute and is a waste. In addition, no one measures workload compared to the demand for (Man Power Planning) which is less carefully calculated. There are five department include in HCGA&amp;ESR division. Then PDC (Patria Development Center) will be analyzed. Full Time Equivalent (FTE) will be used as a main method for this research. According to the research two of five employees experiencing overload. Which has 228.8 % and 252.8% in a row. Then will be maintained using work sampling either idle or not comparing to the percentage of workload. NASA-TLX will be used as a perspective workload based on employee. While to reduce the load below 120% the company should renew the job desc of those positions. Moreover, hired new employee to support the load not an intern student who has limitedness of doing the task. And also, could reduce the human resource using 1-2 new employee rather to use 5-6 intern student.

<link>http://repository.president.ac.id/xmlui/handle/123456789/3665</link>
<description>REDUCING WASTE OF ENDING SIZE SEMI MATERIAL PRODUCTION USING BUSINESS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT IN PT. XYZ
Chanry, Theodora Owena Putri
Over production waste of Ending Size semi material production is one of the frequently happened problem in PT. XYZ. This problem happens mostly in Recycling and Building process. Recorded as of May 2019, there are over 5000 kg waste of cutting semi material. This number is higher by 132,84 Kg waste of Belt and 54 Kg waste of Carcass from April to May 2019. The identified cause is over planning caused by difference quantity of actual stock vs recorded stock, additional over production that happens because of raw material changes and holding stock of recycled material that is not being used because there is no information about it. Business process improvement is applied by proposing additional procedures in Generate Planning Process, Production Process and Recycling Process. The proposed improvement is in a form of redesigning flow of process and implementing recording documents to optimized the decision-making process. In the end, the prediction result is reduction cost of recycling by Rp.6.002.737,65/ Month and Rp.72.032.851,8/ Year along with Waste Management cost by Rp.5.985.070,5/ Month and Rp.71.820.846/ Year.

<title>FACTORS INFLUENCING SHARE PRICE IN CIGARETTE MANUFACTURING COMPANIES USING REGRESSION ANALYSIS</title>
<link>http://repository.president.ac.id/xmlui/handle/123456789/3663</link>
<description>FACTORS INFLUENCING SHARE PRICE IN CIGARETTE MANUFACTURING COMPANIES USING REGRESSION ANALYSIS
Rishikesan, Jayaraman
The debate between whether stock investing in cigarette manufacturing companies&#13;
is going to be a profitable investment in the future or not has been going endless.&#13;
PT. Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk., PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk., PT.&#13;
Gudang Garam Tbk. has depreciates up to 25% of its share price in 2019 while&#13;
PT. Bentoel International Investama Tbk. was quite stable in term of its share&#13;
price but this company was generating consecutive losses instead of profit which&#13;
shattered the belief that cigarette manufacturing companies is a safe investment.&#13;
This research aims to answer that discussion by conducting a fundamental&#13;
analysis on macroeconomic factors and companies’ situation by seeing the&#13;
financial ratios. The regression analysis is conducted based on the data from the&#13;
fundamental analysis to explore the statistically significant variables that affect&#13;
the share price of each company. The most contributing factor in Wismilak&#13;
regression model is the exchange rate followed by the current ratio followed by&#13;
the gross domestic product of tobacco and the least contributing factor in&#13;
Wismilak regression model is the tobacco price. The most contributing factor in&#13;
Sampoerna regression model is the tax rate followed by the return on asset ratio&#13;
and the least contributing factor in Sampoerna regression model is the current&#13;
ratio. The most contributing factor in Gudang Garam regression model is the&#13;
interest rate followed by the tobacco price. The most contributing factor in&#13;
Bentoel regression model is the exchange rate followed by the tobacco tax rate&#13;
followed by the Repo rate and the least contributing factor in the Bentoel final&#13;
regression model is the gross domestic product of tobacco. From the fundamental&#13;
and regression analysis this research concludes that it is best to invest in PT.&#13;
Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk. and PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. while it is best&#13;
not to invest in PT. Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk. and to wait for an investment in&#13;
PT. Bentoel International Investama Tbk.

<title>PENURUNAN CACAT KESALAHAN FORMULASI PADA PRODUK ALE-ALE DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE DMAIC</title>
<link>http://repository.president.ac.id/xmlui/handle/123456789/3662</link>
<description>PENURUNAN CACAT KESALAHAN FORMULASI PADA PRODUK ALE-ALE DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE DMAIC
Kelvianto, Hendra Adi
