This research was conducted to determine the level of the financial literacy of the online ojek driver in East Bekasi, their saving behavior and the effects of their financial literacy towards their saving behavior. This is descriptive quantitative research, used survey method and questionnaire. Respondents are the online ojek driver in East Bekasi. There were 130 drivers for sampling to be the respondents. Sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The respondents were chosen by a certain characteristic, such as the use of the company helmet, the use of the company jacket, and the smartphone on their motorcycle handlebar. Through the regression analysis, the effect of financial literacy towards saving behavior is found out. The results showed that the financial literacy of the online ojek drivers in East Bekasi is considered to be good, their saving behavior is also good and the financial literacy of the online ojek driver affects their saving behavior.

Nowadays food industry is become a number one business compared to other business. One for the example is a cake shop business. It happens because culinary has become trend among people in the society. Another factor is the trend of hangout for teens and young adults makes it a very good idea to create a new concept in a cake shop business. Regarding that, the purpose of this business plan is to make a good business design for a cake shop with a new concept which has a dine-in facility.&#13;
In order to know the preference of the market, a survey was conducted by delivering questionnaire to 270 respondents from Jababeka, Lippo Cikarang and Kota Deltamas. The survey itself shows that all of the respondents gives a good response for a cupcake shop with a dine-in facility. Thus, this business will run with the main product is cupcake. Various taste of cupcake will serve to the market. Even so the whole cake and beverage are served to become a complement. The main target markets of the business are teenagers and youth. This business projected will cost IDR 310,000,000.

In Indonesia there are so many travel organizer that offer the tour packages, the place of destination such as mountains, beaches, islands, and historical destination. Although the destination in Indonesia has a good potential places, this can be seen from every year always come a new tourist destination. With this moment, Trip Trap aims to make travel organizer with popular destination and explore more about Indonesian destination. Trip Trap is a kind of business to help the customers arrange their travel needs.&#13;
Although Trip Trap is not the first travel organizer that brought this business. In order to make a differentiation with other competitors, Trip Trap will use backpacker style that offer the affordable price, backpacker style its means the trip who have not a minimum quota of participant. So everyone can join this tour even individual or group, usually this moment often called sharing cost/ open trip, which means the participant who join the tour itself will be join with the other group in one tour. Tour package offered by Trip Trap are include accommodation, homestay, ticket, meals, tent, t-shirt, documentation during the tour, and merchandise. Trip Trap will focusing on online business marketing, but still has a small office for the staff to run the business and to convince that Trip Trap is exist and trusted. The target market of Trip Trap is students, employee, entrepreneur who aged 18-35 years old and all social classes. Trip Trap use online marketing to promote tour package, such as website and social media. Trip Trap also make brochure to attract the customer and give the special price through member card. The customer who join the tour will give the merchandise and doorprize for one person at the end of the trip.&#13;
The first capital to build this business approximately Rp 120,000,000. This business is used for building rent, building renovation, office and travel equipment, marketing, and more. The financial report of Trip Trap will projected for three years. Trip Trap has projected the total gross profit Rp 1,186,884,600 and net sales Rp 1,224,500,000 in the end of the first year and it will increase 10% per year. The projected pay-back period of the investment to reach the monthly break-even point is 4.3 months with the return of asset (ROA) in the first year is 88%, the second year is 50%, and the last year is 36%.Forreturn of sales (ROS) is 66% in the first year, 68% in the second year, and 70% in the third year. Based on the result of ratio analysis ROA and ROS is increase in every year, so Trip Trap has no trouble in financial project and ready to be develop.
