Through many centuries, the payment methods were more and more variety about both material and type. Today consumers have many options that make them convenient in trading but cash people still using cash for payment most. The research will find out student’s perception about cash payment, why they choose cash as their common payment toward several dominant factors like costs, acceptance, security, ease of use and speed. The researcher choose student as the subject of the research because the researcher think this is an interesting topic in doing a research at the university in fact. This research is aimed to give a valuable knowledge for Consumer Research Organization, for other researches and many researchers like Banking and Finance and Marketing student also. The research is conducted in President University, Indonesia especially it is conducted only in Batch 2009 of Management student. Moreover, they include local people (Indonesian) and foreigners (Vietnamese, Chinese, etc.) which study in different concentrations – Banking and Finance, International Business and Marketing. In this research, researcher uses descriptive studies by using quantitative approach because this research uses numbers to prove or disprove a notion or hypothesis. Based on the research, researcher found that four factors – costs, acceptance, security and speed influenced to student cash payment significantly and ease of use have no significant influence to student cash payment. It may indicate that student considered that cash is not easiest method to pay so they tend to use other instruments like credit card, debit card or mobile payment. The problem for State Bank is how to develop other payments in order for student feel easier to use or improve ease of use of cash payment.

Indonesia has good growth economy and resources. Therefore, a lot of foreigners come to Indonesia in order to build their multinational company, especially in Jababeka, Cikarang. Jababeka is a residential area with a self-contained industrial park that has great potential and opportunity to be an independent city. Now, Jababeka becomes multiculturalism city where many expatriates live and work in there. This objective of this study is to analyze the intercultural sensitivity of expatriates in Cikarang and find out the most needed and used approaches that expatriates apply to be able to adapt cross-cultural in new environment.&#13;
In this study, the researcher discusses the ethnocentrism level of intercultural sensitivity based on theory of Dr. Milton Bennett’s Developmental Model of Intercultural Sensitivity (DMIS), so they are able to know the most needed approaches that they can apply to adjust their self in new environment well. The researcher only analyzes the 3 stages of ethnocentrism level because expatriates must pass the early stage before they reach adaptation of cross-cultural stage in intercultural sensitivity. This study is quantitative research that uses Factor Analysis to determine the dominant level of intercultural sensitivity and the top 5 approaches that expatriates use. The research did survey by spreading questionnaire and 70 respondents participated in this research.&#13;
The result of this survey is expatriates in Cikarang are still in defense stage of intercultural sensitivity. People in this stage are more recognizing cultural differences’ existence in their life, but they try to build defense against cultural differences. Moreover, the respondents have already chosen the top 5 approaches of cross-cultural adaptation that they mostly needed and used, which are a) language training program, b) understanding and visiting historical culture of host country, c) cross-cultural communication training program, d) socialization with more people that have others culture and e) culture awareness training program.&#13;
Based on result of this research, the researcher recommends for expatriates to open up to the new experiences especially learning about the host country’s characteristics (custom, traditions, approaches of living) and often socialize with local people. Not only from expatriates, management and host country also have to help expatriates to adapt cross-cultural in their new environment by holding training program that is needed by expatriates, learn expatriates’ culture and take care expatriates’ family members. All of part has big and important role to make successful cross-cultural adaptation for expatriates in host country.

Business process reengineering help the company analyze and improve the&#13;
transaction process within the firm. Its help the company remove the unnecessary&#13;
business process and rethinking the new process should be used to improve the&#13;
productivity process. The uses of business process were the efficiency time to&#13;
conduct the data can be manageable. Business process related to the standard&#13;
operational procedure and each company should created SOP to control the&#13;
information flow within each division.&#13;
This research aims to reengineering the business process of purchasing and&#13;
inventory control procedure for manufacturing fish Company (Case Study of&#13;
CV.INTIMAKMUR). In order to analyze the company problem and change the&#13;
messy working process and lack of SOD in this firm, how to manage and control&#13;
the problem to be better.&#13;
The research was held in CV.INTIMAKMUR Jakarta, since the researcher&#13;
is trying to find out the solution for the company problem and restructure the&#13;
business process for purchasing division of CV.IMK. The interview and&#13;
observation was conducted by the researcher in CV.IMK office had done.&#13;
The finding shows us that this firm does not created Standard operational&#13;
procedures, which are the most important things to control the business process&#13;
and efficiency working process. There are lacks of control over segregation of&#13;
duties that affect to the inappropriate job function.&#13;
The researcher restructure the business process of the company, aims to&#13;
reorganize the working process in order to solve the problem which is lack of&#13;
control in the inventory and payment procedure. The segregation of duties in this&#13;
company becomes clearer. The employee would distribute the information and&#13;
data faster.
