This research is aimed to identify the most dominant factor of channel strategy in Indomaret Citra Garden 1 at west Jakarta. The research is taken in Indomaret branch Citra Garden 1, west Jakarta. Indomaret is chosen because it is a wellestablished retail store that is need to maintain, even develop their market by creating a suitable marketing strategy. However, researcher see that channel strategy is one aspect that is very important in marketing strategy. Channel strategy is very important aspect in marketing strategy that is oftenly forgetted.
Severe damage can be made due to channel strategy failure. All aspect in channel strategy such as location and surrounding situation will affecting consumer’s will and need.
Result and findings from this research should give contribution for academic community and for companies, especially Indomaret to evaluate and develop its current channel strategy to maintain existing consumer and grab the market.
The research method used is quantitative research method. Data used for this result is primary data that gathered through questionnaire. The research conducted in Citra Garden 1, Jakarta Barat. The population of sample gathered for this research is 55 respondents. The data is analyzed using factor analysis.
The result of this research is the findings of the most channel strategy in Indomaret Citra Garden 1. The most dominant factors are informational board and brochure effectiveness from store contact variable.

Every year since 2007, Media Asuransi Magazine always do the election of Best Insurance Companies. The election based on analysis of financial performances from every types of insurance companies by Lembaga Riset Media Asuransi (LRMA) through several criteria as the tools. Based on the election, PT. ABDA Insurance Tbk became the leader for General Insurance 2011 with category total equity 100 – 250 billion rupiah. This study has a purpose to from which criteria PT. ABDA Insurance won from its competitors and explore the strategy needed for PT. ABDA Insurance Tbk to maintain its leader position in the upcoming year.
This study uses qualitative research. This kind of research allow the researcher to conduct interviews with participants in the field that related to the topic – insurance field for this research. Questions and answer of the interviews used to generates hypotheses to produce findings. The data got from the magazine will be analyzed and typed up, then converted into words based on the interview results in order to get the findings needed.
There are 5 (five) highest ratio that PT. ABDA Insurance got compare its competitors. Four questions in the first interview will be the basic to know what the ratios that PT. ABDA Insurance won (answer problem statement number 1). Two questions from the first interview, second interview, business scanning tools such as SWOT and PEST analysis are combined to explore the right strategies such as several trainings and education, employee assessment in terms of human resources programs to increase productivity. The increasing rate on inflation from year 2010 to 2011 will be the opportunity for PT. ABDA Insurance Tbk to gain more premiums. The amount of motor vehicle is increasing in which this will lead to the incresing amount of premium for motor vehicle insurance. Customer loyalty should be increasing by a no-complicated procedures for customers to report a claim and get the claim settelement within the period of time. PT. ABDA Insurance Tbk should be courage to promote its company and the varieties of products to the society, for example PT. ABDA Insurance joint any insurance exhibitions to make society familiar with the company’s profile, products, and the achievements. PT. ABDA Insurance also may make advertising in the televison or toll road to make society attract new customers, and cooperate with infrastructure companies.
For the recommendation, PT. ABDA Insurance may support the employees to follow the examinations by AAMAI (Asosiasi Ahli Manajemen Asuransi Indonesia) to produce the next “insurance experts”. Make cooperation with big leading companies and the effectiveness of this cooperation, analyze the current training programs, explore the social and trends changes.

The international taxation is actually an entire rule of domestic tax law of all countries in world that guiding the offshore tax subject and offshore tax object. In practice the international taxation rules is adopted in provision of the national tax law and tax treaties.
The problems are what are the roles and issues of international tax in the context of international business. To answer these problems, this thesis is conducted by the qualitative method. In the qualitative method, the process of research is carried out by observation, interview, analysis etc to identify problem, finding the solution and conclude the result of this research.
The research concludes that the roles of international tax in the context of international business are (i) double taxation, (ii) excessive withholding tax on the cross border investment, (iii) tax avoidance and evasion and (iv) international tax disputes and the issue of international tax in the context of international business are (i) eliminating certain forms of double taxation, (ii) reducing withholding taxes on cross-border investments, (iii) prescribing how certain profits are to be calculated, (iv) exempting certain short-term activities in the source country from income tax and (v) enabling information to be exchanged between tax administrations.

This research is aimed to identify the dominant factor(s) that affect the Indonesian Rupiah exchange rate against Chinese Yuan. Since there are many factors would cause the fluctuation of Indonesian Rupiah exchange rate against Chinese Yuan, The researcher tries to find out what are the dominant factor(s) that affect the Indonesian Rupiah exchange rate against Chinese Yuan. The research is conducted in Indonesia using econometric model, and is backed up by international fisher effect and purchasing power parity theory.
This study is a quantitative research. The researcher directly finds the secondary data and analyzed the data with multiple regression model based on the statistics. The researcher uses F test and to identify the level of significance between the independent variable and dependent variable. The researcher also uses T test to identify which risk factor has highest significance with the dependent variable, which is the Indonesian Rupiah exchange rate against Chinese Yuan.
The research has found that difference of inflation rate is the dominant factor that affects the Indonesian Rupiah exchange rate against Chinese Yuan. The researcher found that all of the independent variables (difference of interest rate, difference of trade balance, difference of inflation rate, difference of IP growth rate, and difference of oil price) have correlation with dependent variable (Indonesian Rupiah exchange rate against Chinese Yuan). In addition, the research found that the difference of inflation rate has a negative relationship with the Indonesian Rupiah exchange rate against Chinese Yuan with the lowest significance 0.000.
The researcher recommends that the international investors should pay more attention to inflation of two countries when conducting its business international. Meanwhile, other factors cannot be omitted as well.
