Di dalam proses pembuatan ban, banyak sekali mesin yang digunakan. Seringkali bagian maintenance berhadapan dengan kondisi over budget, dimana pemakaian budget aktual melebihi perencanaannya. Ketika terjadi over budget, maka tim maintenance khususnya teknisi tidak dapat melakukan pembelian spare part ataupun mengambil spare part mesin secara sistem dari gudang spare part. Oleh karena itu, penentuan strategi maintenance di multistrada harus dilakukan secara tepat berdasarkan urgensi yang ada di perusahaan karena akan berdampak pada penyusunan budget dan cash flow pemakaian biaya di tiap bulannya. Saat ini di area mesin bisnis unit 6 terdapat mesin yang menjadi perhatian team maintenance yaitu mesin uniformity. Apabila terjadi kerusakan pada mesin tersebut, maka dapat menyebabkan terjadinya penumpukan ban dan delay pada proses selanjutnya dan ini akan menjadi kerugian secara tidak langsung di dalam catatan kerugian maintenance. Dengan melakukan optimalisasi penyusunan budget dan penentuan strategi maintenance dengan menggunakan analisis FMEA dan Integer Linear Programming berdasarkan budget, dan juga nilai RPN yang didapat melalui FMEA didapatkan suatu cash flow tiap bulannya berdasarkan aktivitas yang sesuai dengan budget yaitu 30.053,74 USD mendekati budget yang sudah ditentukan oleh perusahaan yaitu sekitar 30.091,61 USD.

This research discusses about designing single stage disassembly system economic order quantity system at manufacturer industry in Cikarang. It begins with the observation related to the current inventory planning model that use in the company. The core values of this research are determining the reorder interval and determine the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) in each activity for disassembly, since the data from Bill of Material shows holding cost, purchasing cost and ordering cost as well. Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) is chosen as proposed method which can solve any data in this problem. Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) approach is used to calculate the optimum order quantity, reorder interval, and total cost that occurred in the inventory. The results of this research shows that proposed disassembly system at PT. X Indonesia can reduce the total cost from IDR 851,387,200 to IDR 158,962,200, Reorder interval is 0,2179, and EOQ for each activity disassembly is 287,669. Total saving between using traditional inventory system and using disassembly system is IDR 692,425,000.

This research is focus in the Bushing Assembly Line. Bushing assembly line is a workstation that assemble bushing. There are two problems which are, the operator assembling bushing manually. Which mean the operator hold the bushing load on his left hand while the right hand assembles the bushing. Because of this, the operator feels fatigue and keep on resting and causes inefficient time and ineffective movement. And if the operator keeps on holding the bushing for a long time, the operator will face the risk of cumulative trauma disorder (CTD) on his left hand. Because the load of the bushing is around 3 until 4 kg. The objective of this research is to increasing the effectiveness time and movement in the bushing assembly line and also to avoid cumulative trauma disorder (CTD) risk on the operator by creating a supporting tool in bushing assembly line. The method that is used in this research are Lean Manufacturing, ergonomic, motion study, and quality function deployment (QFD). After using the supporting tool, the efficient time increase and some of the ineffective movement has been eliminated and decreased and also by using the tool, the operator no longer feel fatigue on his left hand.
