PT Kramatraya Sejahtera merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang pembuatan produk plat logam (presstool), Ground Support Eqipment, Generator (Microhydro) dan alat-alat dengan sistem pneumatik dan hidrolik. Di perusahaan ini terdapat beberapa divisi, dan salah satunya adalah divisi General Support Equipment. Dimana memiliki order berupa alat-alat untuk perlengkapan penunjang kegiatan di bandara, seperti Conveyor, Passenger Stair, Engine Fixture dan beberapa perlengkapan bandara yang lainnya. &#13;
Salah satu produknya adalah Conveyor Belt Loader. Alat ini berfungsi untuk memindahkan barang bawaan penumpang ke bagasi pesawat ataupun sebaliknya. Dimana sebelumnya barang bawaan tersebut dibawa menggunakan baggage cart dab dipindahkan manual oleh operator. &#13;
Bagian mekanisme alur pemindahan barang di awal proses pada konveyor tersebut, yakni pengangkutan/pemindahan barang dari baggage cart menuju bagasi pesawat dengan kecepatan pemindahan 20-25 m/menit, dan jarak  6,2 meter serta inklinasi yang sesuai dengan ketinggian pintu nagasi pesawat. Pemilihan belt conveyor sebagai alat pemindah bahan tersebut sesuai dengan kondisi yang terjadi dilapangan. &#13;
Beberapa hal yang harus diperhatikan dalam merancang belt conveyor yang mampu untuk segala jenis pesawat widebody yang ada di Indonesia ini antara lain; menentukan konstruksi rancangan beserta bagian-bagian yang menunjang dari fungsi belt conveyor keseluruhan, menghitung kekuatan konstruksi, penentuan elemen mesin standar yang sesuai, dan biaya yang dibutuhkan dalam pembuatan belt conveyor ini. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam perancangan belt conveyor ini mengacu pada tahapan perancangan yang dirumuskan oleh VDI 2222. &#13;
Conveyor Belt Loader untuk widebody airplane yang telah dirancang memenuhi seluruh tuntutan konsumen dan terbukti kuat saat dilakukan pengontrolan kekuatan bahan. Sehingga, hal ini dapat menjadi pertimbangan bagi PT Kramatraya Sejahtera untuk merealisasikan pembuatan belt conveyor ini.

Rolling Mills is the one of the methods in the processing material to reduce the thickness and the width of the material. There are two processes in rolling mills, hot rolling process and cold rolling process. Hot rolling is the process where the material is heated above the room and recrystallization temperature, whereas the cold rolling process is below or same as the room and recrystallization temperature. By using the cold rolling mills machine, the process of the hot rolled coil will be process for produce the material of cold rolling steels. The material will be rolled to reduce the thickness and the width of the material. In the machine there are several products who have defectives, the most defective that will be avoid emulsion stain. The machine’s process can be setup to set when the machine will blow off to reduce the emulsion stain in the products. 25 wraps, 5 wraps, and 3 wraps are the experiments to test which one is less producing the emulsion stain. By calculating the total yield and the emulsion stain percentages. To find the total yield, divide the mass of the material after the process and the mass of the material before the process. For the emulsion stain percentage, divide the material that have defect and total of the material. Between the three samples, 5 wraps process is the less process that produce emulsion stain. And the most who produce the emulsion stain is the 25 wraps.

3D printing is a type of additive manufacturing technology where a three-dimensional structure is produced by laying down successive layers of material. It is also known as rapid prototyping, a mechanized method by which 3D objects are quickly produced on a relatively large machine connected to a computer containing a blueprint for the object. This innovative way of making 3D models using inkjet technology saves time and expense by removing the need for design; printing and bonding different model parts together. Now, in a single step, you can create a full model using 3D printing. Basic concepts require content cartridges, the flexibility of production and the conversion of code into a recognizable pattern. 3D Printers are devices that generate actual 3D models from digital data by printing layers by layers. It will render real reality models either built with a CAD program or canned with a 3D scanner. It is used in a wide range of industries, including clothing, clothing, industrial design, architecture, engineering and construction, automobile, aerospace, dental and medical sectors.

Renewable energy is clean energy that does not produce pollutants that cause global warming. One of the examples is solar energy. Solar energy is the largest renewable energy source that can be used in all regions of the world and is available every day which makes it possible to generate a lot of electricity. Therefore, technology is needed that can optimally utilize this renewable energy. In this project, the parabolic trough solar collector is combined with a solar dish collector to achieve higher thermal efficiency compared to the parabolic trough only electricity generation. The solar field area is also calculated because of solar dish collector has a large solar field area. The result of thermal efficiency and solar field area is compared to parabolic trough only and solar dish only electricity generation. Three cases of these electricity generations are using a simple Rankine cycle with a steady-flow system and 5-MW capacity. The thermal efficiency of the parabolic trough-solar dish electricity generation improves by 2% and mid-range of solar field area compare to the other electricity generation.
