Title: Factors Influencing the Convenience Store Loyalty: The Case of Greater Jakarta&#13;
Purpose: This research aims to examine the factors that might affect consumer loyalty at the convenience store by taking the case of the Greater Jakarta region.&#13;
Methodology: This study used a quantitative research method. The data was collected through an online survey questionnaire with Google Form. In testing the hypotheses, the author uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) from the data acquired in Google Form from 356 respondents in Greater Jakarta Area through non-probability sampling technique.&#13;
Results: The results show that only one hypothesis is rejected from eleven hypotheses. Factors influencing Loyalty are Visual Merchandising, Store Image, Store Facilities, Private Brands, Satisfaction. Meanwhile, Store Atmosphere is not influencing Satisfaction. However, Store Atmosphere can influence Loyalty through mediating variable Store Image.

Purpose: Current study aims to provide more understanding the influences of&#13;
service quality, system quality, and security assurance towards the customer&#13;
satisfaction as mediating variable and customer loyalty on digital banking services&#13;
Design/Methodology/Approach: Quantitative method was being used in this&#13;
research by distributing questionnaire vie Google Form which consist of 24&#13;
statements. The researcher using simple random sampling by sending to people&#13;
that have used digital mobile and the primary data was collected from 131&#13;
respondents and only 95 valid responses were being tested. The data tested for&#13;
validity and reliability. Structural Equations Modeling(SEM) was used to analyze&#13;
the hypothesis testing in order to know relation between variable.&#13;
Findings: The research found that service quality and security assurance has&#13;
significant impact on satisfaction; customer satisfaction as mediating variable also&#13;
has significant influence towards customer loyalty. Although, system quality was&#13;
not significantly influenced customer satisfaction.&#13;
Originality/Value: As far as the author knows, the research on service quality,&#13;
system quality, and security assurance on satisfaction and loyalty need to be&#13;
updated since more company shift the business model to digital business.

The human population is predicted to incrase massively in the future, while food security need to be secured for the upcoming years. Therefore, sustainable and well managed food system is required. The purpose of this paper is to explain what to consider in building sustainable business from the internal aspects, also explain the external aspects supporting the sustainability of food and beverage business. This paper suggest that food and beverage business owner should pay attention to health aspect in order to fulfill customer need as a human, also emphasize agriculture sector as a main driver of food system sustainability.
