In the University grading system, lecturers have their own criteria, one of&#13;
them is attendance. Students must attend the class in order to get a perfect grade or at&#13;
least bonus score. But nobody knows what will happen, maybe students get sick or&#13;
they have to attend something important. Some lecturers accept excuses, but some&#13;
others don’t. Maybe some students choose to let it go, but some others choose to&#13;
cheat by asking their classmates to sign their attendance. This attendance cheating is&#13;
commonly called “tipsen”, where we ask others to sign our attendance but we do not&#13;
attend the class. To solve this cheating problem, I proposed this thesis to make a&#13;
fingerprint attendance device.

Chatbot is an application designed to communicate with machines. This communication will help the user finding an information. The Information Provided by an instance or goverment. This software application will allow an instancew or goverment. This software application will allow an instance or government to create chat and data collection, so when a user chats the instance or government it can be replied automatically by the machine if the question matches the data minimum 70%. Chatbot is constructed by apllying expert system using forward chaining method.&#13;
The functional requirementes description of the chatbot software application are prepared for admin and user. The functional description for admin is register and login., CRUD data collection, CRUD chatbot collection and sending custom messages to users. The functional description for users is register and login, create a chatroom with an admin, sending messages to admin, looking for all existing admin. &#13;
Forward chaining method is a good alogartihm as a completion of the process to finding answers based on keywords from the user query. This application is a work system by breaking the sentence structure of a word being said then the system will look for the key that makes the application can answer correctly.

Farm is an activity to breed and raise livestock to get the benefits and results of these activities. Farming in Indonesia still uses traditional methods in its implementation, traditional methods have many shortcomings in terms of disease prevention, disease control and safety. The case that often occurs in captivity is the transmission of diseases or viruses that are slow to be recognized because of a lack of insight into the symptoms of the disease which results in slow handling so that many animals die or become infected without the farmer knowing. To solve this problem, I proposed this thesis to make a mobile application of livestock disease identification system using a flutter framework.
