Kondisi sampah yang masih basah setelah proses pretretment pada PLTSa akan mengakibatkan temperatur furnace menjadi tidak stabil. Penulis melakukan investigasi pada unit pretreatment PLTSa Bantargebang dimana presentase penyebab temperatur furnace tidak stabil yang diakibatkan oleh sampah basah sebesar 70% dari total keseluruhan penyebab temperatur furnace tidak stabil. Dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi tersebut, maka penulis mengusulkan perancangan pemanas untuk proses pretreatment sampah untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pembakaran. Kemudian menghitung kecepatan konveyor, menghitung kebutuhan kalor dan menghhitung panjang heater dan kawat nikelin yang dibutuhkan. Adapun hasilnya setelah di lakukan ujicoba menggunakan oven maka kecepatan konveyor yang awalnya 20 meter per menit menjadi 20 meter per 5 menit. Maka untuk menghilangkan kadar air yang ada pada 6 kg sampah sepanjang 20 meter dibutuhkan kalor sebesar 238127,5 J dengan tingkat konsumsi listrik 4763 W adapun untuk panjang kawat nikelinnya ialah 74.2 meter jika terpasang di atas dinding heater yang selebar 1.68 dan panjang heater 20 meter, maka ada 47 batang kawat nikelin dan jarak antara nikelin yaitu 0.43 meter.

The development of technology is currently growing very rapidly, one of which is in the automotive field, which is characterized by the large number of requests for the number of vehicles needed to support human daily activities. The current problem that is very worrying is the use of energy using natural fuels whose combustion is not perfect, which greatly affects the sustainability of life. Electrical energy is energy that can be renewed and is environmentally friendly. The use of electrical energy is expected to help reduce carbon emissions in the world, and this is the target of the SDGS (Sustainable Development Goals). One of them is the manufacture of the Electric Baggage Towing Tractor (e-BTT) at PTX (aviation industry). With the e-BTT, the author conducted research. So from this research, there is innovation in the e- BTT towing bracket section. The towing bracket, which is usually a hook during towing, is very crucial, and when there is damage to this part, the e-BTT cannot be used properly. Therefore, to reduce the maintenance period, the towing bracket is made into a separate part that uses bolts as fasteners.

One of the most widely used haul trucks in Indonesia’s mining industry is the 100 metric ton&#13;
class mining truck. It is popular for its excellent lifecycle costing and well-known for its&#13;
sturdy design, reliability, and compatibility with the country’s operating environment.&#13;
However, recent years have seen reports of issues with recurring main frame rail cracks that&#13;
have the potential to affect the structural integrity, durability, and overall lifetime of the truck.&#13;
For this comparative study, the aim is to understand and quantify the effectiveness and&#13;
durability gains through adding internal stiffener plates into a truck’s main frame. The study&#13;
focuses on the background data provided by the mining industry to conduct statistical&#13;
analysis, failure analysis, and simulations through finite element analysis (FEA). Through&#13;
these testing methodologies the efficiency and performance of the reinforcement plates can&#13;
be quantified, offering valuable insight into material properties and areas for future&#13;
improvements.

dimensional or three-dimensional planes. Such digital software is: Autodesk Fusion 360 and&#13;

Blender. According to the hypothesis, the usage of software to compute mechanical designs&#13;
are very beneficial and insightful for the user and the stakeholders of the project. It may also&#13;
be able to expose possible flaws in the design that may happen before assembly.
