THE EVOLUTION OF SAUDI ARABIA’S ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY: THE ROLE OF NON-STATE ACTORS IN REALIZING SAUDI VISION 2030 Nareswara, Ardhara Ayu This article analyzes the development of the entertainment industry in Saudi Arabia under Saudi Vision 2030 launched by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, especially the involvement of non-state actors. The development of the entertainment industry is one of Mohamed bin Salman'sambitions to build a vibrant society in Saudi Arabia as outlined in Saudi Vision 2030. Therefore, this article uses the theory of privatization to elaborate on the development of the entertainment industry in Saudi Arabia, especially under Saudi Vision 2030. This study also suggests that the involvement of international actors has a significant impact on the development of Saudi Arabia’s entertainment industry.

IMPLEMENTATION OF PUBLIC RELATIONS STRATEGY IN RAISING AWARENESS ABOUT THE TURUNTANGAN JAKARTA PROJECT IN KAMPUNG PASIR CAU KULON, CIANJUR REGENCY Ayyasy, Almuhandis The final project is entitled "IMPLEMENTATION OF PUBLIC RELATIONS STRATEGY IN RAISING AWARENESS ABOUT THE TURUNTANGAN JAKARTA PROJECT IN KAMPUNG PASIR CAU KULON, CIANJUR REGENCY''. The goal of this final project is to implement a public relations strategy with 6 projects, namely creating content on 2 social media, extensive collaboration networks, fundraising, media partnerships, key opinion leader collaboration and news media releases to increase public awareness and succeed in sustainable project activities in the form of water irrigation clean-up and the construction of an emergency school system initiated by the Turun Tangan Jakarta Volunteer Movement in Pasir Cau Kulon, Cianjur Regency. TurunTangan Jakarta Volunteer Movement is experiencing problems in implementing public relations for a sustainable project that will be held in earthquake-affected areas and is above the active Cugenang fault due to the limited number of volunteers, the lack of capability of public relations volunteers and the ability to implement various public relations strategies which have a vital role in success sustainable project. Therefore, TurunTangan Jakarta is collaborating with AKSARA to implement a public relations strategy consisting of the 6 projects above to build awareness, trust and a strong network of all elements that will help solve problems in Pasir Cau Kulon, Cugenang Regency. This village is an isolated area located above the active Cugenang fault which has problems with a clean water crisis and children's delays in learning, however, due to the chaos in handling the earthquake by the government, Pasir Cau Kulon did not get assistance according to the conditions of the people there. Based on these 2 problems, TurunTangan Jakarta plans to solve these problems by collaborating with AKSARA as an organization that has the capability to implement public relations on projects that will be held by the volunteer movement.

Savio, Bendito Christian P. “Water Aid,” a registered charity, collaborates with local partners in Africa and Asia on small-scale primary water supply projects, basic sanitation, and hygiene education for impoverished communities in the developing world. Programs are focused on sustainable development rather than emergency relief. Utilization of cost-effective technologies is preferred, particularly those that include established local methods. This, together with the training of local personnel, enhances the likelihood of replication among WaterAid's local operational partners. The methods used thoroughly engage the beneficiary community, since their involvement is crucial for the efficient operation and maintenance of their new supply. Ultimately, it is anticipated that impoverished communities establishing their own safeguarded water supply would generate the confidence to address further developmental requirements.

PENGARUH FOMO MENONTON DAN ALUR CERITA SERIAL ANIMASI DETECTIVE CONAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR SISTEMATIS Khairunnisa, Sabrina Adzra Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) menonton dan alur cerita serial animasi Detective Conan terhadap kemampuan berpikir sistematis pada generasi muda. Fenomena FoMO dipandang sebagai motivasi eksternal yang mendorong individu untuk terus mengikuti perkembangan cerita, sedangkan alur cerita yang kompleks dan logis dianggap mampu menstimulasi proses kognitif yang mendukung penalaran deduktif. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Data diperoleh dari 198 responden yang merupakan anggota komunitas penggemar Detective Conan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa FoMO menonton tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kemampuan berpikir sistematis, dengan kontribusi sebesar 16,6%. Sebaliknya, alur cerita berpengaruh signifikan dengan kontribusi sebesar 87,5%. Uji simultan memperlihatkan bahwa FoMO dan alur cerita secara bersama- sama memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir sistematis dengan nilai F sebesar 67,126 dan signifikansi 0,000 (<0,05). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa meskipun FoMO tidak berperan langsung dalam peningkatan kemampuan berpikir sistematis, keberadaannya dapat memperkuat keterlibatan penonton sehingga semakin terpapar pada pola deduksi logis yang disajikan dalam alur cerita. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa media hiburan populer seperti Detective Conan dapat menjadi sarana pembelajaran informal yang menstimulasi keterampilan berpikir sistematis, apabila dikonsumsi dengan kesadaran kritis.
