Nowadays, the use of wood materials for construction is starting to be reduced because it can cause global warming due to cutting down forests. There are changes in the construction used aluminium materials such as frames and doors. There is an increasing demand for aluminium products which is an opportunity for companies to develop products. Currently the company manufactures aluminium profile products (semi-finished goods), so the company needs to develop aluminium finished goods products to increase profits and brand image. The investment required by the company is 11,232,000,000 rupiah to develop aluminium finished goods products. This research uses financial feasibility study, then selects the best investment financing. Net Present Value (NPV), Profitability Index (PI), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP), and Return on Investment (ROI) are used as variables for determining investment. There are four financing alternatives, including internal financing, bank, leasing and IPO. The results showed that bank financing provided the highest NPV and ROI with an NPV value of 1,546,356,903, Profitability Index (PI) of 1.14, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 10.09%, Payback Period of 4 years 1 month, Return on Investment (ROI) of 28.24% and US Index of 4.71. Thus, the results of this research recommend using bank financing for investment in product development.

Online gaming has been acknowledged to have negative impact as worse as gaming addiction where one could not stop to play game and even neglect their responsibility. This could be a threat to a company when their employees are using their productive time at work to play online game instead. The objective of this research is an attempt to explore the impact of online gaming during working hours to the employee’s work motivation as well as to productivity at work. This study employed quantitative and qualitative research design by employing a mixed structured online questionnaires and open-ended interview as the instruments in gathering the data. Judgmental sampling method was used in this study, 133 respondents those who plays online games were selected and three respondents on managers level were participates on the interview. Based on the analysis results, online gaming activity at work showed to have impact on employees’ work motivation and productivity which divided into three main domains that are self-discipline, knowledge, personal effort on contributing to work harmony. The results concluded that playing online game during working hours have impact on employees’ working motivation and productivity. These findings can be useful for human resource management in any organization to take necessary preventive and corrective actions.

As COVID-19 pandemic has been raising in the recent months, many restrictions came up to the surface towards a country. Without exceptions, the impacts also have an influence on the companies, especially manufacturers. To sustain a company's stability, the companies have attempted to strike a balance by minimizing the cost and generating income. In PT. YI, they have an opportunity to minimize the production cost that mainly comes from bulk losses on transfer pipe by implementing the pigging system. According to internal benchmarking with other affiliated Plant, pigging system is the only alternative to have the highest successful rate by 90%. Therefore, the Company are required to invest 3 billion IDR to implement this system. There are four funding options available to finance this project, such as leasing, bank loan, capital injection, and initial public offering (IPO). The methodology of this research is financial feasibility study by using Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Profitability Index (PI), Payback Period (PP), Return on Investment (ROI), and Return on Equity (ROE). In summary, results suggest that bank loan is the most appropriate funding option to the Company.

Denim is an independent fashion industry sector that offers great opportunities for work and trade within the fashion. In Indonesia as the denim industry expanded, local entrepreneurs started creating own brands. Manylocal brands are emerging and producing a different category of product that can be differentiated from others in order to compete with renowned global brands. So, every brand make strategy to compete in the market. Denim is one of the fashion qualities that is common all over the world. Lacus.id was born as a denim fashion brand. Lacus.id is a brand that focuses on men's fashion styles with rugged, vintage, ethnic and religion styles. With the main material focusing on denim, as well as canvas and other materials that are handmade by using atbm (alat tenun bukan mesin) or (non-machine looms). Lacus.id focuses on the denim industry that prioritizes materials of the highest quality. As well as combining elements of Indonesian culture. However, Lacus.id has problem in its  business, for the last three years its revenue was flat. The purpose of this research is to analyze the company’s performance and propose solution to increase revenue of Lacus.id. The research used Qualitative and Quantitative methods to collect and analyze the data. Qualitative data is collected by conducting an observation and direct  interview with the owner of Lacus.id and Lacus.id Costumers. Quantitative data is collected by conducting survey, distributing online questionnaire, using purposive sampling method to measure and provide Denim consumers and Denim Enthusiast. This study applied methods of internal analysis (STP Analysis, Marketing Mix and VRIO Analysis) and external analysis (PESTLE analysis, Porter’s Five Forces Model, Competitor Analysis and Costumer Analysis). The proposed solution based on SWOT analysis in form of strategies. The results suggested that the company applied three main strategies: the corporate strategy should integrate horizontal and vertical growth; Business strategy based on operational excellence, through Quality, Continuous Improvement, Lean and Agile; Business strategy based on customer intimacy.
