Abstract:
In the face of free trade and ASIAN Economic Community (AEC) that starts in a fewndays, we, the people of Indonesia, especially practitioners and academics in the f.ield of law realized the need to make the same standards to the region so that all experts/ law students get instruction and the same standard to compete with them.
