DEVELOPMENT MOBILE-BASE OF COSTUMER EVALUATION OF PRODUCT QUALITY APPLICATION

Abstract

Technological advances from time to time are very fast and very useful in human life. This is because technology brings new civilizations in life. this affects developments in all fields such as the economy, industry, mining, textiles and others. especially in the field of trade, this is felt easily by consumers and merchants in terms of buying and selling online. however, there are still many shortcomings in the process. such as customer satisfaction factors, many customers are dissatisfied with the quality of the goods purchased. Therefore, this study aims to assist consumers in assessing and criticizing the quality of a particular product they buy. In this way, merchants will find it easier to filter and absorb consumer complaints about the quality of the goods or products they sell [1]. Application called validity is an application in the form of a product assessment system for the quality of goods used by consumers. The conversion process from one value to another form of value will be carried out using the Customer Experienced Product Quality Scale (CEPQ) method. CPEQ will predict the existing product quality score. This method predicts object quality scores from consumer reports, rated better than measures of product quality. Later the application will be built on a mobile base application using the Java programming language and Android studio for the IDE. This application will be developed as attractive and simple as possible to facilitate user operations.

The development of this application is expected to be a rapid development that will provide a mobile base-based application that will provide an interactive and attractive interface for users. Because of this, it will be a solution to problems in the buying and selling trade sector between consumers and merchants in terms of assessing the quality of a product. It is hoped that in the future this application will be able to become a means or container to accommodate aspirations, criticisms, and suggestions from the public or customers to assess the quality of certain merchant products through the application easily and safely.
