dc.description.abstract During the COVID-19 Pandemic, people need to avoid physical touch to reduce virus transmission. The implementation of "hand virtual mouse" is a program or Project using collaboration Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, and Opensource "Hands" from python to read the point of our hand instead of a mouse to make humans can move pointers in the computer without the use of a mouse.
