Abstract:
Nowadays, almost everything is very easy for us to access. By using any gadget, we can do and get what we want, namely through the internet. Especially for entrepreneurs and employees, the internet can really help all processes in business.
The employee recruitment process at PT. Bank SulutGo is still done manually, where applicants are required to mail or directly hand in the documents to the office. In addition to the recruitment process, which still uses the manual process, the human capital division of PT. Bank SulutGo does not have an information system that manages employees’ personal documents. This causes inefficiencies in their business process as they have to repeatedly ask employees for the same documents.
Therefore, the author has created a web-based application that will aid the human capital division in recruiting employees easily and collecting employees’ files only through the website, without having to come directly to the office or contact employees one by one.
