IMPLEMENTATION OF CLINIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (STUDY CASE: KLINIK MITRA SEHAT)

Abstract

Clinic is one of the most important public facilities that serve medical related emergencies. A medical clinic is a type of facility that is focused on outpatient services, which means the patient will walk home after receiving care. Even though the service of the clinic is not as fast as the hospital for decision making on the emergency problem. Clinic has been a go-to place to visit when people want to seek the clarity of their presumption of their illness before they go to the hospital. As a medical service provider for society, they also need to record many medical activities of patients therefore some effective and efficient management system is needed to increase their business process. This final project will cover the development of a management system that is compatible with the various aspects of the process that has been going on in the clinic. The objective of this final project is to provide an application that will be able to maintain outpatient services especially in organizing the patient health record. The current problem is seen as the outpatient records are often scattered across the many clinics they visited. Hence, having an all-in-one outpatient record will greatly improve the management of outpatient record, thus also improve the health services for the outpatient. The result of this final project is hope to improve the quality of life for the outpatient. By achieving this outcome, it will benefit not only the patient care and also the management for the clinic.
