Abstract:
In recent years, the involvement of technology in the industrial era, especially manufacturing, has grown rapidly. Currently, what is being discussed is industry 4.0. In short, industry 4.0 can advance the industrial sector to the next level with the help of technologies such as intelligent systems and automation in the industry. which aims to integrate tools such as (lights, sensors, motors, and so on) using a centralized computer so that each of these tools can communicate with each other without human involvement.
The industrial revolution 4.0 applies basic concepts such as the internet of things which focuses on the development of the digital world in a process in a company whose goal is to make efficiency various aspects of the company such as time, money, processes, and so on [1]. Within the scope of the manufacturing industry, one of the applications of Industry 4.0 is a system called SCADA.
SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) is a centralized monitoring and control system. Data Acquisition is a system that functions to retrieve, collect, and process data for further presentation as needed. SCADA can be defined as a computer- based system that can monitor, control, and obtain data on a particular process in real- time [2].
The creation of a Desktop-based application system for this Scada information system can help companies in the industrial sector to increase the effectiveness of a process that can be carried out in real-time using this Scada system.
