Abstract:
Astra Credit Company, being one of Indonesia's leading financial organizations, is well- versed in its area and has a vast customer base. As for now, they already have 76 branches around Indonesia from Sabang to Merauke. This proofing Astra Credit has a good reputation and receives many awards every year. A good company is a company that is willing to adapt and continue to improve or develop its strategy. One of them is to make an effective and innovative information system for internal use and decision-making. For finance companies, their product is focusing on the loan application. Every approval of application credit must be monitored to minimize the risk. This project will discuss the implementation of an information system in the Retail Operation division to monitor and manage its loan application data in compliance with Astra Credit Companies' goals. The attributes that will be implemented helps to monitor applicant data from all branches and to control the credit approval of the company. This web-based system will provide general loan application information so the analyst can see the data clearly and help to keep track of the approved credit.
