Abstract:
Forbaz Group is a company that provide services in the field of QHSSE (Quality, Healthy, Safety, Security, and Environment). Forbaz group running 3 companies that mutually sustainable. Forbaz group is committed as a service provider that can help a company according to its needs such as improvement, enhance competency, business sustainability, enhance capacity. One of the companies engaged in the auspices of this forbaz group is PT Bazita Tekno Inspeksindo, this company is PJK3 (Perusahaan Jasa Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) which to serve inspection and testing for K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) certification. This field works to assist the safety of workers with provisions in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations. Operation division in this company is in control of the inspection and testing where the project examines in detail using observations of an object, to check that the object is suitable for use in accordance with predetermined standards and rules. In this company, in terms of monitoring work progress, they still use a manual system, namely using Microsoft Excel format where each progress will be updated in Microsoft Excel and then recap all records every month. By using this manual system, each progress cannot be seen in the calculation of progress or what percentage has been achieved from each running project, and all processes are still fairly inefficient because it takes a long time to update the progress. For solving this problem, the author will design a system where the user will be easy to update every progress of the ongoing project and will see the progress calculation that has been achieved from each project with a web-based system using a PHP, CSS, JavaScript programming language and MySQL for database.
The author will also design key performance indicator so that users can easily see the achievement or target within the specified timeframe. The calculation of these achievement will be a race for the company itself to create new bigger target that will have a good impact on the company. In this system, user can also make daily and monthly report so that they can be easily recapitulated the report. The method that the

author used to build a progress monitoring system is Rapid Application Development (RAD), which focuses on application/software development strategies with a short period of time so that the software development process can be faster and produce quality results. The sequence of this method is project design or planning, prototype design, development process, evaluation or feedback, to system implementation. PT Bazita Tekno Inspeksindo is still relatively new in its pioneering period, so in this company doesn’t use any system at all to carry out monitoring the progress in this company, and with the monitoring system and key performance indicators, it can make it easier for employees, especially the operations team, to update the progress every time there is a project. running a lot of projects must take a long time to make a progress report every visit for a project check and test to other companies. And with a system for key performance indicators, the management in the company will easily to see the percentage of each employee every month.
