Abstract:
PT. Myori Indonesia has many ways to solve problems to maximize company performance. However, until now, the problem is still on the payroll. Because at PT. Myori Indonesia does not have a Human Resources Department, so the general manager is responsible for calculating employee salaries, and they still use manual calculations (using Ms Excel). As a result, errors can occur in calculating employee salaries and reporting employee slips which take a long time. In solving these problems, the authors designed an employee payroll information system. This system is a desktop-based programming application that can simplify the manager's job. The results of this design are used to manage the salaries of PT. Myori is expected to make the company faster and more efficient in inputting and compiling payroll reports.
Pt Myori Indonesia can use this information system to manage employee and attendance data. A fingerprint machine will also support this system to store employee attendance data digitally. Then Admin will use the attendance data to calculate the salaries of employees. The results of the calculation of wages can also be viewed as a whole as a report for the company. With this payroll information system, the salary calculation process can be done automatically without calculating manually. The salary data obtained is appropriate, provided that all inputted data is valid.
