dc.description.abstract A company is a place where the production of a product or service is being made, where the product or service is to be offered to their customers or for internal use of other departments in the same company. A company cannot run on its own, therefore there are employees who work and get involved in succeeding the company’s objectives. One other factor is supporting items for administration or item sorting purposes which is widely known as office supplies, a few examples of office supplies are shipment form, pencil, paper, etc. In most company there exist a department that handles the supply chain of office supplies and there is no exact structure of this department, each companies have different department names for the specified department, in PT.FGH the name of this department is Office Supplies Room (OSR) which has a job description to manage the intake and outtake of all OSR items and manage all OSR items quota for managers to monitor the usage. Currently, however, some of the processes still use paper to conduct its operations. This research intends to develop a website application to help the OSR’s work in a way that also reduces costs, waste, and time and will be named as Office Supplies Room Management System (OSRMS). en_US
