The purpose of research is to look into impact of corporate governance and leverage from the financial statement sector on firm performance. In addition, this study examines the strong belief establishes corporate structures that improve accountability, effectiveness, and decision in encouraging company performance. The data were gathered by the quantitative method that was able to collect as many as 88 samples that can be used for analysis. The results of the study indicate that managerial ownership, institutional ownership, independence board of commissioner, leverage has a positive effect on company performance. In addition, leverage investigates the impact of expectations in affecting agents' behavior over a lengthy period of time, including a severe economic depression. The results of the study also provide empirical evidence that there was an insignificant effect on company performance. |
