dc.description.abstract Often people talk about issues about asylum seekers where in some countries there are no specific regulations concerning asylum seekers, especially countries that have not signed the 1951 Convention and 1967 Protocol, among countries that are not parties to the Convention on refugees. is Malaysia and Thailand where every person who is not a nationality who enters their country will comply with immigration regulations, and this is also the same as Indonesia where Indonesia itself does have several regulations which in the article mention asylum seekers, but for permanent regulations regarding seekers asylum, these three countries also consider those asylum seekers are illegal immigrants, but these three countries still respect the principle of non-refoulement, this is what makes this topic very interesting to discuss, about how the principle of non-refoulement applies, and how immigration regulations from the three countries non-signatory countries deal with asylum seekers entering their country. en_US
