Abstract

Job Seeking is an action to do to look for and find jobs while someone is in unemployment, fresh graduate, etc. Every job seeker needs the most relevant job to comfort the environment of working. There are several reasons why this application is important while looking for job. First, the most relevant jobs will appear directly on the home page. Second, if the employer is proceeding the applicant, it will tell the applicant that the application is being processed by the employer. Employers always need the empty division of the company or agency is filled fast, whereas the job seekers always need to work at any companies and agencies that are opening job vacancies as soon as possible. This application will speed up the process of matched job application to match the employer and job seeker with the same criteria needed. With the job matching algorithm, it will display the matching job and the percentage of the matching score.
