WEB BASED APPLICATION FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY INCIDENT, NOTIFICATION, AND REPORTING SYSTEM IN PT. XYZ

Abstract

Health and safety are a priority for the industry, the management and accuracy of occupational health and safety data is very important. The development of industry has resulted in a high demand for occupational health and safety. The company is responsible for the health and safety of employees. One solution for managing occupational health and safety data is by developing an information system. In this final project, a web-based Incident Notification and Reporting System was developed which includes features of recording work accidents data, incident notifications, and reporting the results of Related work accident screening at the company's In-House clinic. The system is developed with Rapid application development, which process with a short development cycle. For programming language using ASP .Net and SQL Server as database management system. The system created can make it easier for companies to collect incident history data, notifications, and visually analyze data
