ASSET INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR ICT DEPARTMENT IN KOMATSU UNDERCARRIAGE INDONESIA USING C# & MYSQL

Abstract

The company's asset inventory application is a system that is very important in managing company assets effectively and efficiently. I will discuss how important the asset Inventory application is for the ICT department at PT Komatsu Undercarriage Indonesia. This application helps ICT to manage inventory and monitor assets, related to asset maintenance and replacement.

By having a good asset inventory application system, companies can minimize losses related to loss or damage to assets, and can optimize the use of assets in a better way. Therefore, in thisfinal project, I will discuss how to improve the ideal inventory system, from one that still uses a manual system, namely input, update, and delete using Microsoft Excel, to be more efficient using the new system, namely using a inventory application system which is automatic.
