Abstract:
Based on the results of the development and implementation of the Project
Monitoring Information System for HC Strategy Telkomsel, the author is able to derive
the subsequent conclusions:
1. With the Project Monitoring Information System, the process of project
monitoring became more effective and efficient
2. Project monitoring tools are no longer created and updated manually but by the
system
3. The Project Monitoring Information System enhances data security by storing
the data in a database
4. The Project Monitoring Information System decreases the amount of time users
need to generate reports so it became more efficient
