This study aims to make a study and answer problems regarding legal
protection for the fulfillment of victims' rights and law enforcement against
failures in carrying out reports of sexual violence by the Resort Police in the
Southeast Minahasa Regency. This research is a research based on normative
research methods with a juridical approach, so that this research will use
qualitative data analysis. The results of the research found that based on the
current law, the Southeast Minahasa Resort Police had not been optimal in
providing legal protection to victims of sexual violence, resulting in a failure in
carrying out the reporting procedure. For this reason, law enforcement is needed
against this failure. |
