dc.description.abstract This project aims to overcome operational challenges faced by jewelry stores that still rely on manual record keeping. The main issues identified include a high risk of human error in data entry, inaccurate stock tracking, irregularity in gold price updates, as well as poor customer experience due to slow transactions. To overcome this problem, the project will integrate a management system that includes real-time gold price updates via API from Precious Metals, an online product catalog to make it easier for customers to browse and purchase products, and QR code scanning to reduce manual errors. Implementation of this management system is expected to increase operational efficiency, reduce the risk of errors, and improve customer experience. This project uses the Waterfall Development Method which includes the stages of analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and implementation and maintenance, which are carried out sequentially to ensure system quality and security. Properly invested, these changes can provide a long-term return on investment through improved operational efficiency, business growth, and increased customer satisfaction. en_US
