EDUAID: A COMPREHENSIVE APPROACH TO THE EDUCATION SYSTEM

Abstract

This paper suggests a plan to improve the education system by using new technology and advanced methods. The main goal is to improve the way we learn and study to make it better and more complete. The new system is designed to help teachers manage their resources better and keep track of students' information. At the moment, lots of teachers use manual ways to do their administrative work. This can take a long time and might have mistakes. The new way uses AI assistants and tools to make these processes run smoother. These tools help teachers do less paperwork so they can spend more time teaching and helping students learn. To see if the new system works well, a small study was done with some schools for a whole school year. The study used a mix of numbers and feedback from teachers and administrators to understand how well students were doing. The numbers showed that resource management and data handling got much better. More time was available for teaching and helping students because 25% less time was spent on administrative tasks. Teachers liked the new system, according to their feedback. Teachers said that the AI tools were easy to use and helped them manage resources better. They saw less work for the administrators and better teaching time. The research shows that using advanced computer systems and machines in schools can help teachers and schools manage their resources better.
