Abstract:
In this online shopping era, one of the major challenges consumers is finding the right
clothing size due to the lack of accurate body measurements. The "MeasureMe: Clothing Size
Recommendation Application" aims to address this challenge by developing a mobile
application that utilizes AI technology to provide precise body measurements and personalized
clothing size recommendations.
The primary objective of this project is to create an application that integrates AI and
mobile camera technology to capture and analyze body measurements accurately. The
application features real-time feedback and multi-point measurement to enhance the user's
experience and ensure precision. The methodology involves the user registering an account,
granting camera access, and following guided poses captured by the mobile camera. The AI
system then scans and processes these poses to provide accurate body measurements. Users
can adjust the measurement points for further accuracy, ensuring the recommendations are
highly personalized.
The results of the project demonstrate a significant improvement in the accuracy of
body measurements, which in turn enhances the online shopping experience by offering
tailored size recommendations. This not only boosts consumer confidence but also reduces the
rate of returns due to size mismatches.
In conclusion, the MeasureMe application provides a practical solution to the sizing
