DEVELOPMENT OF WEB-BASED INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR PT GRAHA BUANA CIKARANG (PURCHASING, HR, AND ASSET MONITORING)

Abstract

The increasing need for digital systems in business operations encourages companies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency through technology. PT Graha Buana Cikarang currently faces challenges in manual processes, especially in purchasing and asset monitoring. These manual methods often lead to data entry errors, approval delays, and inefficient workflows. This research aims to design and build a web-based information system with integrated modules for purchasing and asset monitoring. The method used in this research is Agile method, which includes planning, design, implementation, and testing. The system was developed using the Laravel framework and provides features such as role-based access control, digital approval processes, and real-time data management. By implementing this system, PT Graha Buana Cikarang is expected to improve operational efficiency, minimize human error, and ensure real-time access to accurate data. This integrated system supports better decision-making and simplifies internal workflows across departments. The system includes modules for managing assets, inventory, purchase requests, and purchase orders all in one unified platform accessible via the web.
