This study develops a web-based system designed to digitize and automate
critical processes within the legislative faction environment, specifically those
involving the roles of Experts, Office Heads, and Admins. The system aims to
replace time-consuming and error-prone manual workflows, thereby increasing
efficiency in document management, project tracking, attendance monitoring,
and new staff orientation.
The system aims to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, and
Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technologies to support a modern and
structured workflow. From a subject perspective, users across various roles are
provided with an intuitive and user-friendly interface, featuring well-structured
menus, buttons, and forms to facilitate smooth navigation.
Key features include an interactive dashboard, real-time attendance tracking,
automated report generation, and a role-based approval mechanism. To ensure
optimal performance, the system is designed to run smoothly on computers with
the latest processors, a minimum of 8GB of RAM, and a minimum of 256GB of
SSD storage to efficiently manage database operations, system logs, and report
archives. Overall, this system serves as an integrated digital solution that
improves efficiency, accountability, and collaboration between stakeholders
within the faction's organizational structure. |
