dc.description.abstract In indonesia's dynamic investment banking industry, human capital management faces growing pressure to modernize recruitment, training, and attendance processes through digital systems. However, current Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) often fall short due to fragmented platforms, manual workflows, and limited functionality. This research presents the development of an integrated smart HRIS platform as a solution to these challenges. The proposed system introduces a web-based recruitment module that allows candidates to apply easily and enables human capital teams to track application progress efficiently. In the training module, scheduled notifications reminders and direct access to assessments help ensure employee compliance and timely participation. The attendance module adopts a geolocation-based tracking system to accommodate flexible work arrangements allowing monitoring of work duration and location. Through scenario-based implementation, this platform demonstrates significant potential to streamline HR operations and enhance both employee and candidate experiences. The solution ultimately positions the company to remain agile and competitive in a rapidly changing digital landscape. en_US
