Abstract:
Kero Apparel is a micro business engaged in sports fashion with a main focus on
selling sports jerseys such as soccer and futsal. In its operations, the manual process of
managing inventory, purchasing, and sales leads to challenges such as inaccurate stock
records, delays in order processing, and inefficient transaction recording. To address
these problems, an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)-based inventory module was
designed and implemented. This module is designed to manage product data, track stock
levels, and handle the recording of incoming and outgoing goods in an integrated manner.
The module also facilitates the management of refunded or returned items. This project
was developed using a agile approach with Laravel technology as the backend,
PostgreSQL as the database system, and Vue.js for the user interface. The
implementation results show that the system is able to improve the efficiency of
inventory management, reduce recording errors, and provide transparency to the stock
flow. With this inventory module, it is expected that Kero Apparel can manage its
business processes more systematically and in an integrated manner.
