ANALYSIS THE EFFECT OF IMPLEMENTATION OF E-BILLING METHOD TOWARD TAXPAYER’S SATISFACTION AND ITS IMPLICATION TO TAX AWARENESS (STUDY ON TAX OFFICE SOUTH CIKARANG)

Abstract

E-Billing Method is a method of electronic payment using billing code. To, facilitate the taxpayer in paying the tax.Thereareseveral factors affected e-billing method. The objective of this research is to investigate the influence of e-billing method toward taxpayer‟ssatisfaction and its implication to tax awareness on tax office south cikarang. The samples used in this research are 100 respondent. The researcher used simple linear regressionfor analyzing the data. The result shows e-billing method showed non-significant influence.Simultaneously e-biiling method toward taxpayer‟ssatisfaction and awarenessnon-significant influence.
