dc.description.abstract The purpose of this research is to identify the effect of professionalism, salary satisfaction and job performance towards turnover intention to auditors in Big 4 Jakarta. In order to get the data, the researcher is distributing the questionnaire to Big 4 public accounting firm. The data analysis has done by using multiple regression. The result of the research shows that professionalism, salary satisfaction and job performance has positive influences through turnover intention. en_US
