Performance measurement system is important to any companies even to small company like "Company X". In company X, there is no performance measurement system for non-financial aspect but only measures financial aspect. As result, the company is in hard time to create more profit and growth. This research is qualitative research which is aimed to design balanced scorecard as company's performance measurement system. To design an appropriate balanced scorecard system, researcher has to follow some steps according to Robert and Simon (2000) which are SWOT analysis, creating vision and mission, analysis strategic of the company and align the strategy with the target of the company and designing key performance indicator in four perspective of balanced scorecard system. In financial perspective, the goal of the company is to create more profit and able to manage its operational cost. In customer perspective, the goal of the company is to maintain relationship with customer and client. In internal business process, the goal of the company is to maintain its operational activity to be more effective and efficient as possible. In learning and growth perspective, the goal of the company is to make its human resource to have good capability and skill to achieve company's goals and target. After designing key performance indicator, researcher design balanced scorecard system which expected to be an appropriate system to be applied in 2019. |
