Abstract:
In a big company or government, visitors always come and go every day. Either a courier or a spouse of one of the employees and every individual has their purpose of coming to the office.
Nowadays, many companies and governments did not have a visitor management system since it not necessary to have because of manual visitor management already convenient and cheapest. However, when it comes to the annual visitor report, the security will have to make a report from 1st January until 31st December manually.
This application will help the security to track down every visitor and their purposes and make a report for the annual report within one click. This system will replace the manual maintenance visitor system and will help the authorities/securities to keep track of the visitors visiting the company or government.
This application is being built with the help of Python Django. Data of the new visitors visiting the company will store in the database. Moreover, with this system, the visitor’s information can be stored in the database so that in the future, it shall use for the reference. The data will store in the SQL SERVER as the backend. This software will help an organisation to do the job effectively and give an all-round development of the project.
