Analyzing and Implementing an In-House Clinic Management System for PT. XYZ

Abstract

As one of the largest manufacturing companies in Indonesia, PT. XYZ employs thousands of workers and staff, this makes PT.XYZ In-House Clinic responsible to manage and record these thousands of workers and staff from PT. XYZ. Because of that PT. XYZ In-House Clinic must have every needed medical service that is requested from PT. XYZ to monitor the healthiness of their employees. Therefore, good management must be carried out to record and report the medical activities. This thesis will discuss the development of the Medical Management System to manage various aspects of medical activity in compliance with PT. XYZ In-House Clinic business requirement. The aspect that will be managed in this management system is the medical activity record, medical documents, and data reporting. This management system will help the PT. XYZ In-House Clinic in those aspects.
