'Hak Kekayaan Intelektual' or Intellectual Property Rights are a set of exclusive rights, each of which is granted to a person who has produced a work of thought, which has a form, nature or meets certain criteria based on the prevailing laws and regulations [1]. Intellectual Property Rights themselves have several types, including patent rights, industrial design rights, brand rights, geographic indication rights, plant variety rights, integrated circuit rights, trade secret rights, copyrights, licenses and franchise rights. In this journal, the intellectual property rights chosen are copyright issues, copyright itself is a work that is owned by someone who will be submitted to the government to get the copyright for himself so that no one can copy his work without approval. Everyone has the right to copyright their own work, therefore President University has a department that manages all copyright requirements filed by President University employees. LRPM is the copyright management department for President University employees, they still use a manual process to submit copyright applications and save copyright documents on their computers. To support the copyright filing process, this application was created which aims to make it easier for applicants by simply filling out an online form whose system can be easily understood by new users and can help LRPM in carrying out its duties to process applications.
